Volunteers & Support

We offer free and reduced books for sale on the shelf near our front door!

Without the support of our community, we would not be able to operate. We serve thousands of Bent County citizens every year for everything from students, job searches, connecting people, offering dozens of programs and services, and more. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the library and complete an application.

Donations are also appreciated! We are always seeking donations for our care corner, which is a place for our community members to obtain free food and necessities. We use yarn donations to make hats and scarfs. Public speakers, people who can teach classes, or even 'helpers' at activities make all of the difference for us. Even coming and enjoying one of our fundraisers aids us in offering free programming. Please consider becoming a volunteer!
